Why We Only Use Merz and Allergan Injectables
At PM Aesthetics, we don’t cut corners or chase trends. We exclusively use Merz and Allergan injectable products, the two gold-standard manufacturers in medical aesthetics. These are the brands backed by decades of clinical data, global safety studies, and proven, consistent results.
We don’t gamble with off-brand or gray-market products just to save a few dollars. Our patients trust us for outcomes that are safe, natural, and precise, and that means using the best science available, not the cheapest option.
Better ingredients. Better data. Better results. That’s why we only inject Merz and Allergan.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Kybella is an FDA-approved injectable treatment that reduces fat under the chin and improves the contour of the jawline and neck.
Kybella contains deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring molecule that breaks down fat cells. Once destroyed, the fat cells are permanently eliminated from the treated area.
Ideal candidates are adults with moderate to severe submental fat (double chin) who are at or near their ideal body weight and have good skin elasticity.
Each session usually takes 15–30 minutes, depending on the area being treated.
Most patients require 2–4 treatments spaced about 4–6 weeks apart, though the number may vary based on the amount of fat and desired results.
Treatment involves multiple small injections. Most patients feel mild discomfort, which can be managed with ice or a topical numbing agent.
Results appear gradually as the body metabolizes the destroyed fat cells. Many patients notice improvement after 4–6 weeks, with full results after all treatments are completed.
Yes. Once fat cells are destroyed, they do not return. Maintaining a stable weight helps preserve results.
