Policies
Our Commitment to Transparency & Care
Clinic Pricing & Promotion Policy
At PM Aesthetics, we are committed to delivering a seamless, elevated experience rooted in medical integrity, exclusivity, and clinical excellence. Our pricing policies reflect the advanced training, credentials, and experience of our providers, as well as our investment in the latest medical technology and protocols. We have established the following policies to ensure clarity and fairness in how we manage pricing, promotions, and membership benefits.
No Influencer Marketing. No Exceptions.
We do not provide free or discounted services to influencers under any circumstances.
We do not engage in barter, content trade, or “collaborations” in exchange for posts, tags, exposure, or “shoutouts.”
We firmly believe influencer marketing has no place in legitimate medical aesthetics, and we want no part in it.
If your pitch includes exposure or content in exchange for discounted care, we respectfully invite you to look elsewhere. Our clients come to us for trusted expertise, not algorithms.
Brand Collaborations Do Not Equal Discounts
Yes, we support local businesses, but not by discounting our services or altering our pricing model. While we occasionally support local businesses through community engagement, we do not discount, barter, or cheapen our services in exchange for partnerships.
There is no preferred booking, no insider pricing, and no promotional rate for collaborative branding.
No, your coffee shop, hair salon, or gym cannot “team up” with us for a joint promotion unless you’re paying for your services like everyone else.
We do not discount for brand collaborations. Our reputation is not for sale, and our pricing is not up for negotiation.
No Occupational Discounts - For Any Reason
We are often asked if we offer discounts for nurses, teachers, military personnel, first responders, students, etc.
We do not.
We respect every profession, but your career is not a coupon.
Offering discounts based on occupation undermines the value of our services and introduces arbitrary pricing. Our policy is equal treatment, equal pricing, always.
No Negotiations. No Special Rates.
We do not offer new patient discounts, “friends and family” pricing.
We do not negotiate service costs under any circumstances.
We will not price match any other clinic. If you are looking for the cheapest option, we are not it, and we are comfortable with that.
Our pricing is an extension of our training, clinical outcomes, and the premium care we deliver. Every patient receives the same high-quality service, at the same published price, regardless of background, follower count, or social circle. If your main concern is price, we encourage you to seek a clinic aligned with that priority. Our clients come for outcomes, not markdowns.
No Compensation for Advocacy:
We do not offer rewards or compensation of any kind for referrals, online reviews, or social media mentions. While we deeply value your support, our growth is driven by trust and outcomes, not incentives.
Promotional Pricing Structure:
We occasionally offer limited 15% off in-app promotions on select services. These are rare and only apply to a specific category of treatments.
Non-member promotions exceeding 15% are offered only twice per year: during Mother’s Day and Black Friday.
Preferred pricing of up to 50% off is reserved for active members only, as part of their contracted benefits.
All promotional pricing is final. No retroactive price adjustments, no stacking, and no exceptions.
Free Service Disclaimers (App-Based Check-In & Birthday Perks):
Free birthday and check-in services offered through the app may be claimed only by active clients who have had an appointment within the past 12 months.
Clients who have not visited us in over a year are not eligible for complimentary services, regardless of app-generated offers.
Users attempting to exploit the rewards app system will have their app accounts permanently disabled.
We reserve the right to revoke app privileges for any abuse or manipulation of our promotional systems.
We Do Not Accept Alternative Forms of Payment:
PM Aesthetics does not accept health insurance or bill third-party payers directly.
Our services are elective and not eligible for Health Savings Account (HSA) usage.
Full payment is required in advance of treatment. We do not barter, accept gifts, or participate in service trades, business collaborations, or influencer partnerships of any kind.
In summary: We don’t discount excellence. We thank you for understanding that these policies allow us to focus on what matters most: clinical results, client safety, and exceptional care. If you have any questions, please reach out to our front desk staff.
Appointment Booking & Gratuity Policy
At PM Aesthetics, we prioritize a smooth, respectful, and transparent experience for all clients. Please review our booking and gratuity policies below to ensure a seamless visit.
Booking & Deposit Requirements
To secure an appointment, a deposit is required. The amount may vary depending on the type of service booked:
-
Medical Appointments: Minimum $50 deposit
-
Toxin Appointments (Botox/Xeomin): $250 deposit required (minimum spend of $250)
-
Medical Weight Loss Consultations: $200 non-refundable deposit
Important Notes:
-
All deposits are applied toward your service or product purchase at time of checkout.
-
If you attend a consultation but do not purchase any services or products, the deposit will be held as payment for the consultation. It may be applied toward future purchases if you return.
-
Missed appointments, late cancellations (without sufficient notice), or no-shows result in the forfeiture of your deposit as a fee.
-
Only active members are exempt from paying deposits.
Gratuity Policy
We operate with a non-commission compensation model, every team member is paid a strong, fair wage. Therefore:
-
Tipping is never required.
-
Medical professionals (e.g., providers overseeing injectables, weight loss, or wellness treatments) cannot accept gratuity in accordance with our ethics and commitment to professionalism in medicine.
-
Clients may voluntarily tip aestheticians (e.g., for facials, skincare services), but tips must be given directly via Venmo or cash. PM Aesthetics does not collect gratuity on behalf of staff.
We thank you for understanding and supporting our commitment to integrity, fairness, and clinical excellence.

Our Philosophy on Financing
At PM Aesthetics, we offer financing as a convenience tool for financially qualified patients, not as a sales tactic to drive overconsumption or enable spending beyond your means.
We believe aesthetic treatments should be:
-
Clinically appropriate (based on safety, anatomy, and realistic outcomes)
-
Financially appropriate (affordable within your budget, not reliant on debt you can't comfortably manage)
-
Chosen intentionally (not because monthly payments made it feel "easier" to say yes)
Financing is available for patients who prefer to spread payments over time for cash flow management, credit optimization, or strategic financial planning, not as a tool to facilitate purchases you wouldn't otherwise make.
Why We Restrict Financing
We've configured Cherry financing to serve financially sophisticated clients who use credit strategically, not to enable debt or attract price-shopping patients. This approach ensures:
-
Patients are financially stable and credit-savvy
-
No predatory interest rates or hidden fees
-
Financing is used for cash flow management, not desperation
-
Treatment recommendations remain based on clinical need, not payment method. We refuse to enable overconsumption or product dependency.
What We Do NOT Do
❌ We do not use financing to drive sales or increase ticket size.
Treatment plans are based on clinical need, not your ability to finance.
❌ We do not approve high-interest or extended payment plans.
We only offer 0% APR short-term plans to minimize financial risk for patients.
❌ We do not encourage financing as a way to "afford" treatments beyond your means.
If you cannot comfortably afford a treatment with or without financing, we will have an honest conversation about alternatives, phased plans, or waiting until it's financially appropriate.
❌ We do not market financing prominently or use "low monthly payment" psychology.
We believe you should know the true cost of your treatment and make decisions based on value, outcomes, and clinical appropriateness, not monthly payment convenience.
If you cannot afford a treatment with or without financing, we'll have an honest conversation about alternatives, phased plans, or waiting until it's financially appropriate.
We do not market financing prominently or use "low monthly payment" psychology.
We believe you should know the true cost of your treatment and make decisions based on value, outcomes, and clinical appropriateness—not monthly payment convenience.
Why This Policy Exists
1. To Prevent Overconsumption
Prominent financing tools lower the psychological barrier to spending, which can lead to:
-
Patients booking treatments they can't truly afford
-
Overtreatment or too-frequent visits driven by "affordable monthly payments"
-
Regret, financial stress, or non-compliance with treatment protocols
We refuse to enable overconsumption or product dependency. Our providers have the authority—and responsibility—to refuse treatments that aren't in your best interest, regardless of your ability to finance them.
2. To Attract Values-Aligned Patients
We want patients who choose PM Aesthetics for our clinical standards, transparency, and expertise, not because we made it easier to finance filler.
By keeping financing quiet and restrictive, we attract patients who are:
-
Financially responsible and credit-savvy
-
Focused on long-term results, not short-term affordability
-
Aligned with our values of transparency, clinical integrity, and patient advocacy
3. To Maintain Pricing Transparency
We've built our practice on transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees or psychological manipulation.
Financing tools that break costs into "low monthly payments" obscure the true price and make a $1,000 treatment feel like "$250/month for 3 months." This is the same cost manipulation we reject in our pricing philosophy.
If you choose to use financing, you should still understand—and be comfortable with—the full cost of your treatment.
Our Recommendation: Membership Over Financing
For most patients, PM Aesthetics membership offers better long-term value than financing:
-
Up to 50% savings on select services
-
Preferred pricing across all treatments
-
No debt, no interest, no credit checks
-
Ongoing benefits that reward consistency and loyalty
Membership allows you to access premium care at significantly reduced costs, without the financial burden or psychological pressure of payment plans.
When Financing Makes Sense
Financing may be appropriate if you:
-
Have strong credit and prefer to preserve liquidity
-
Are using it as a cash flow management tool, not a necessity
-
Fully understand and are comfortable with the true cost
-
Are financially stable and can manage payments within 0% APR terms
Cherry Financing is available in-office upon request. Ask our front desk for details.
Bottom Line
Financing at PM Aesthetics is a convenience tool for financially qualified patients, not a sales tactic to drive revenue or enable spending beyond your means.
We prioritize clinical appropriateness over affordability, transparency over psychological manipulation, and long-term patient relationships over short-term conversions.
If you have questions about financing, membership, or payment options, we're here to help.
— PM Aesthetics Management
Our Commitment to Independence:
Why We'll Never Sell Out
PM Aesthetics is privately owned by the providers who founded it, and it will stay that way.
We've been approached by private equity firms offering significant capital, "growth partnerships," and acquisition deals. We've rejected every single one.
Here's why:
The Private Equity Playbook Destroys Patient Care
When PE firms buy medical practices, they optimize for one thing: investor returns. That means:
-
Providers on commission – Their income depends on how much you spend, creating pressure to oversell
-
Volume over outcomes – Rushed appointments, standardized protocols, and high patient throughput
-
Margin optimization – Discount products, undertrained staff, and high-margin services prioritized over clinical appropriateness
-
3–5 year exit strategies – Short-term profit extraction over long-term relationships
-
Loss of clinical autonomy – Treatment decisions made by corporate management, not physicians
This is not medicine. This is retail disguised as healthcare.
We Built PM Aesthetics to Oppose This Model
Our practice exists because private equity has gutted the medical aesthetics industry. We were created as a response to:
-
Commission-driven sales culture
-
"Yes at any cost" treatment mentality
-
Hidden ownership and corporate rebranding
-
Patients treated as revenue metrics instead of human beings
Selling out would make us exactly what we were built to fight against.
What Independence Means for You:
-
No commission-based providers – Recommendations are based solely on clinical appropriateness, never sales targets
-
No corporate protocols – Your treatment plan is individualized, not standardized for efficiency
-
No investor timelines – We're building a generational practice, not optimizing for a 5-year exit
-
No hidden ownership – You'll always know exactly who owns and operates this practice
-
No compromises on quality – We use premium products, maintain physician oversight, and refuse to cut corners for profit margins
We're not for sale. Not now. Not ever.
A Message to Private Equity Firms:
If you're reading this while building your "healthcare portfolio" or scraping physician practice databases:
Stop.
PM Aesthetics will never be added to your acquisition pipeline. We've seen what you do to practices, gut clinical standards, burn out providers, and turn patient care into a volume-driven sales operation.
We want no part of it.
Remove us from your lists. Delete our contact information. Save yourself the time.
Go find another industry to hollow out.
Medicine isn't for sale here.
Respectfully (but firmly): Go to hell.
PM Aesthetics
Independently Owned. Ethically Operated. Permanently.
Credit Card Processing Fee Policy
At PM Aesthetics, we are committed to transparent, fair pricing that reflects the true cost of our medical services—nothing more, nothing less. This policy explains our approach to credit card processing fees and why we choose not to inflate our prices to absorb costs imposed by credit card companies.
Our Pricing Philosophy
Our published service prices represent the actual cost of your treatment. We refuse to artificially inflate our pricing to absorb credit card processing fees, which would unfairly burden clients who pay with cash or debit cards.
Example:
If a service costs $500, that's what you pay when using cash, debit, or cashier's check. We will not charge $515 across the board just to cover someone else's American Express rewards points.
Understanding Credit Card Processing Fees
When you use a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), the card company—not PM Aesthetics—charges a processing fee, typically 3% of the transaction amount. This fee is not our revenue; it is a cost imposed by the credit card networks for the convenience of using their payment system.
Important Clarifications:
-
This is not a PM Aesthetics fee. We do not profit from this charge—the 3% goes directly to Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover.
-
This fee is charged by the credit card companies, not by our practice.
-
We pass this fee through at cost with complete transparency rather than hiding it in inflated pricing, unlike many practices that simply raise all their prices by 3-5% and force cash-paying clients to subsidize credit card rewards for others.
Fee Structure
In-Clinic Payments
-
Credit Card Transactions: A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card payments
-
Debit Card, Cash, or Cashier Check Payments: No processing fee
Mobile App Payments
-
All Payment Methods: A 1% convenience fee is charged by the app developer (not PM Aesthetics) to cover the cost of maintaining the secure mobile payment infrastructure. This fee applies regardless of payment method when paying through the app.
Active Monthly Members
-
No Credit Card Processing Fee: Active members with monthly recurring billing are exempt from the 3% credit card processing fee as a membership benefit
-
The 1% app convenience fee still applies when paying through the mobile app
Your Payment Options & How to Avoid the Fee
You are fully empowered to avoid the credit card processing fee. Here's how:
Fee-Free Payment Methods (In-Clinic)
-
Debit Card – No processing fee
-
Cash – No processing fee
-
Cashier Check – No processing fee
-
Become a Monthly Member – Credit card processing fee waived for active members
When the 3% Fee Applies
-
Using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for in-clinic payments
-
This fee is clearly disclosed at checkout before you authorize payment
-
You may split your payment between debit and credit card—the 3% fee only applies to the portion charged to your credit card
Example Calculation
-
Service Cost: $500.00
-
Credit Card Processing Fee (3%): $15.00
-
Total Amount Charged to Credit Card: $515.00
If you paid with debit, cash, or cashier's check: $500.00 (no fee)
Transparency & Consent
Before completing any credit card transaction, our staff will:
-
Clearly disclose the 3% processing fee and the total amount to be charged
-
Offer alternative payment methods to avoid the fee
-
Obtain your explicit authorization to proceed
You will always know exactly what you're paying and why. If you prefer, you're welcome to reschedule or return with a fee-free payment method.
Why This Policy Matters
This policy reflects our core values:
-
Transparency: You deserve to know exactly what you're paying and why. No hidden costs, no inflated pricing, no surprises.
-
Fairness: Clients who pay with cash or debit should not subsidize the credit card rewards of others. If you value the convenience or points from your credit card, you are welcome to pay the fee that the card company charges.
-
Choice: You decide what's most valuable to you—avoiding the fee with alternative payment methods, or paying the fee for the convenience and benefits your credit card provides.
-
Integrity: We price our services based on their clinical value, not on payment processing costs imposed by third parties. We are able to retain fair pricing for our medical services and refuse to "bake in" costs that would affect clients paying with cash or debit cards for the sake of someone's American Express points.
Additional Information
Gift Cards: If you purchase a gift card with a credit card, the 3% processing fee applies to that transaction.
Tax Deductibility: We are not tax advisors. Payment processing fees are generally not separately deductible, but consult your tax professional for guidance specific to your situation.
Membership Eligibility for Fee Waiver: To qualify for waived credit card processing fees, you must have an active monthly membership with PM Aesthetics in good standing (no delinquent payments). Fee waiver applies to in-clinic credit card payments only.
We are committed to providing exceptional medical aesthetic care at fair, transparent prices. This policy ensures that our pricing reflects the true cost of your treatment—nothing hidden, nothing inflated, and nothing unfair. If you have questions about this policy or your payment options, please ask our front desk team.

This policy exists to protect the privacy of our patients and to ensure that our team’s full attention remains dedicated to client care and clinical operations.
-

This policy exists to protect the integrity of our operations and the experience of our patients, who are always our top priority.
B. Industry Transparency, Pricing, and Ethical Conduct Policy
PM Aesthetics stands firmly for transparency, patient advocacy, and clinical independence.
We do not participate in or condone any form of price fixing, non-disclosure agreements that restrict price transparency, or manufacturer-enforced minimum advertised pricing (MAP) for medical aesthetic services.
1. Independent Pricing and Transparency
-
PM Aesthetics independently sets its own pricing structure based on:
-
The clinical expertise of our medical team
-
Market conditions within our local community
-
Operational costs and product sourcing
-
Patient accessibility and fairness
-
-
We believe that patients have a legal and ethical right to transparent pricing, particularly in the field of medical aesthetics where cost varies widely between practices.
-
As a medical practice operating in the United States, we adhere to healthcare price transparency principles aligned with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS) guidelines on consumer protection and fair trade.
2. Ethical Stance Against Industry Manipulation
-
PM Aesthetics will not engage in agreements that restrict us from disclosing, posting, or discussing pricing information with patients or the public.
-
We will not modify our pricing at the request of manufacturers, distributors, or corporate representatives whose goal is to “standardize” or conceal pricing across clinics.
-
Attempts to influence, coerce, or penalize PM Aesthetics for publishing or setting its own prices will be considered unethical interference in patient access to transparent healthcare information.
3. Legal and Ethical Compliance
-
Any formal complaints, legal notices, or cease-and-desist requests from vendors or manufacturers regarding pricing or transparency must be directed to our legal counsel.
-
PM Aesthetics’ counsel will formally respond to confirm that our pricing will remain transparent and independently set.
-
We reserve the right to discontinue business relationships with any manufacturer, distributor, or representative who engages in unethical or anti-competitive practices.
4. Leadership in Patient Advocacy
PM Aesthetics is committed to being a national leader in ethical medical aesthetics.
Our mission is to set a higher standard for honesty, clarity, and patient empowerment by:
-
Publicly displaying treatment pricing ranges whenever possible
-
Avoiding “bait and switch” pricing or hidden service fees
-
Educating patients on value, safety, and expected outcomes, not just marketing trends
-
Partnering only with brands that align with evidence-based medicine, transparent communication, and clinical accountability
We believe the medical aesthetics industry should prioritize long-term trust over short-term profit. Transparency is not just good ethics, it is good medicine.
C. Enforcement and Violations
Representatives or organizations found violating these policies may be permanently barred from future collaboration with PM Aesthetics or its affiliated providers. Repeat offenders may be reported to relevant professional associations or manufacturer compliance departments. Serial offenders will be reported to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and U.S. Department of Health & Human Services (HHS).
