The Honest Bridal Treatment Timeline
Results in aesthetic medicine take time. The treatments that make the most meaningful difference, lifting, tightening, collagen remodeling, muscle stimulation, require months to fully develop. Understanding what needs to happen when is the difference between walking down the aisle looking the way you imagined and wishing you'd started sooner.
Here is the honest clinical timeline. Please keep in mind that not all treatments are appropriate for all brides. Your personalized timeline is set during your consultation.
12 Months Out — Foundation
The treatments with the longest results timeline start here. (If clinically-appropriate)
Ultherapy — FDA-cleared non-surgical lifting and tightening for the face, neck, jawline, brow, and décolletage. Uses microfocused ultrasound to stimulate collagen remodeling at the foundational tissue layer. Results develop over 3–6 months. Every Ultherapy treatment at PM Aesthetics includes a complimentary 4-month enhancement session at no additional charge.
TriLift — The only FDA-cleared treatment that directly stimulates and tones facial muscles using Dynamic Muscle Stimulation (DMSt™) technology. 5 weekly sessions. Results visible after session one, continuing to build for 4–6 weeks after your final session.
PM Ultimate Lift Package — Ultherapy and TriLift combined address two distinct layers of facial aging simultaneously. For brides who want the most comprehensive non-surgical lifting available, this is the protocol. Start 12 months out for peak results on your wedding day.

6 Months Out — Structure and Correction

RF Microneedling Series — 3 sessions of Morpheus8 or Cutera Secret RF for skin texture, collagen induction, pore refinement, and scarring. All treatments include exosomes at no additional charge. Spaced 4–6 weeks apart.

IPL Photofacial — For sun damage, age spots, hyperpigmentation, and rosacea. Optimal during lower-UV months. Results develop over 2–4 weeks per session.

Dermal Filler — For structural concerns including cheek volume, jawline definition, under-eye hollowing, or lip enhancement. First-time filler patients especially need this runway — filler settles over 2–4 weeks and adjustments may be needed.

Radiesse Biostimulator — For jawline or chin structural support. Immediate results with progressive collagen stimulation over 3–6 months.
3 Months Out — Injectables
The treatments most brides think of first, but timing still matters.
Botox / Xeomin — For forehead lines, frown lines, crow's feet, brow lift, lip flip, and masseter slimming. Results peak at 2 weeks, last 3–4 months. First-time patients should not schedule toxin any closer than 3 months out — you need time to assess results and make any adjustments before the day.
Lip Filler — For volume, definition, and symmetry. If you've never had lip filler before, 3 months out is the minimum window. Filler takes 2–4 weeks to settle fully and asymmetry correction may require a follow-up.
Skinvive — Intradermal hyaluronic acid microdroplet injection for skin hydration, smoothness, and radiance. Not a filler — a skin quality treatment. Results last up to 6 months with optimal treatment.
6 Weeks Out — Surface Refinement
Your skin at its clearest for photos.
VI Peel — Chemical peel for texture, pigmentation, and skin clarity. 5–7 days of peeling followed by fresh, clear skin.
DiamondGlow — Three-in-one exfoliation, extraction, and serum infusion. Zero downtime. Immediate clarity.
SaltFacial — Medical-grade sea salt exfoliation, cavitation ultrasound infusion, and LED therapy. Safe for all skin types including sensitive. Zero downtime.
2 Weeks Out — Final Touches
Refinement only. Nothing new.
Toxin touch-up if clinically indicated at your 2-week follow-up. Brow and lash services. Nothing unfamiliar this close to the date.
