Who can join: Dr. Keady is licensed in New Hampshire and Florida. You must be located in one of these states at the time of your virtual visits.
Virtual services only: This membership covers virtual primary care services. Some care, such as physical exams, procedures, vaccinations, or certain screenings, may need to be completed in person with a coordinating provider.
Medication eligibility: All prescriptions, including GLP-1 and hormone therapies, are prescribed only after appropriate evaluation and when medically appropriate. Membership does not guarantee a prescription.
Not for emergencies: If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
