PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Avoid excessive sun exposure for two weeks prior (includes spray tans, tanning lotions, tanning beds).

Excessive hair over the treatment area should be shaved.

Avoid skin irritants 3 days prior to treatment (products containing tretinoin, retinol, benzoyl peroxide, glycolic/salicylic acids, vitamin C/ascorbic acid, astringents, etc.)

Avoid treatments that may irritate the skin for 1-2 weeks prior to treatment (waxing, depilatories, etc.)

Avoid non-steroidal anti-inflammatories (NSAIDS) such as ibuprofen, Advil, Aspirin, Aleve (unless taking these medications for a medical condition).

Secret RF is a simple, convenient procedure that can be completed in a single 20-minute treatment session. You will feel some heat and pressure on the treatment area during the procedure. Most patients find the treatment tolerable, but your provider will work with you to maximize your comfort level. Your provider will apply a numbing cream to the treatment area prior to the procedure to increase comfort during the procedure.
One of the key advantages of Secret RF is its ability to deliver RF energy at varying depths, thanks to its specialized handpiece. This customizability allows for a more targeted and effective treatment that can address a range of skin concerns. In addition, Secret RF can be used on all skin types, making it a versatile option for anyone looking to rejuvenate their skin.

Your skin will be covered with an ointment after the procedure, and you'll be instructed to skip wearing makeup for a few hours. Within 12 to 24 hours, any slight redness or swelling brought on by the treatment will go away. You can anticipate to resume your normal activities after the therapy.
