ToxBooster is a same-day protocol that combines the VI Peel (to resurface, brighten, and stimulate collagen) with a neurotoxin (to relax wrinkle-forming muscles). The peel is performed first; injections follow once skin is cleansed and prepped. Most patients feel minimal discomfort. The VI Peel may cause a mild tingling or warmth during application, and neurotoxin injections involve tiny needles with brief pinches. Topical numbing can be applied if needed.
Downtime is minimal. Most peeling occurs days 2–4. Skin may appear slightly red or flaky, but you can resume normal activities while following aftercare instructions.
Makeup should be avoided on the peel area until shedding resolves (usually 2–4 days). After that, gentle makeup is fine. Avoid heavy or abrasive products until skin fully recovers.
